This wine is made from grapes whose careful selection starts from the vineyard in Gavi. In order to keep bunches intact and sound, grapes are harvested and placed in boxes of 20 kilos each.
Once in our firm, grape-stalks are removed. Then, grapes start a three-days maceration process at a temperature of 15-17°C. After, grapes are pressed and must ferments. It is a bright wine with straw-yellow colour and golden overtones. It has a fresh fruity bouquet a well-balanced body.

Hors-d’oeuvres, light first courses, fish, crustaceans, whitem meats. It goes well with fresh or mild cheeses.
