The Ruchè varietal probably is original from France, imported centuries ago. The name slightly changed into Rusce into Ruchè ( cause the vine grows mainly on rocky soil, rocky>ruche ). This Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato has as great harmony and a particular balanced aromatic vein.
