The grape is produced from the Nebbiolo variety that matures at the end of October. The clusters are blue intense, they extend to grey for the abundant wax that dresses again the grapes. Their form is lengthened, pyramidal, with small grapes, spherical and with substantial peel. The plant, strong with a rapid growth, requires particular criterions of pruning.
The leaves have an average size with three or five lobes. Barrel ageing makes this wine unalterable in time. It gains an intense, extraordinary complex bouquet, with clear notes of violet, goudron and vanilla and a garnet red colour with orangish reflections; its taste ample, warm and caressing.
Barolo wine is appreciated for the culture, tradition and hard work that it embodies: the high quality of this product guarantees its continued presence on the market, achieving further success both in image and appeal on a national and international level.
